A total of thirty companies have been selected to participate in a survey that showed the average payroll time. The corresponding error has also been recorded. The result of data collected is shown in table 1 below.

A data analyst for a system payroll company has been assigned to evaluate the performance of the payroll system. Accordingly, the service solution provider (or company) offers higher payroll efficiency. To prove the claims, the data analyst will evaluate the current distribution of the payroll companies’ performance and match against assumed probability and hypotheses.
