INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :

2. A Minimum word count of 3000 excluding references in the written report is a REQUIREMENT.
3. This is in pair Final Assesment followed by Presentation/Seminar.
4. Reports must use Times New Roman font, size 12; 1.5 space format is required
5. Submissions need to ensure below 20% TURNITIN SCORE/ PLAGIARISM.
6. All submissions must be in SOFT COPY be e-mailed using the UniColl’s e-mail to the responsible Lecturer at – rockrajj09@gmail.com

8. Written answers/essay/report must be submitted together with the Rubrics for marking as the final page.

Instruction

This Assignment requires the candidate to answer 1 (ONE) question.

This is a INDIVIDUAL FINAL ASSESSMENT. Candidates are required to produce 1 (one) written article on any issues affecting the Law Enforcement Agencies. Candidates are also required to present their written articles.  The written article must contain all the followings elements.

1. Title (8 to 10 words)
2. Abstract (250-300 words)
   1. Background of the topics
   2. Legal issues involve
   3. Objective of the research
   4. Research methodology – secondary – fixed
   5. What have you got from your write up
   6. Recommendation

3. Keyword
   1. Maximum 5 keywords

4. Introduction
   a. Define the terms used in the paper
   b. Overview of international literature
   – What other people has written about the topics
   c. Overview of local literature
   d. Highlight the gap of both local & international literature
   e. Outline of the paper.

5. Body
   a. Definition
   b. 3 to 4 subheadings
   -3-4 intact citations per subheading/paragraph

6. Conclusion
   a. Review the main findings
   b. Why do you write the article? – what impact you want to make
   c. Recommendations and improvement, you would suggest.
   d. What future research should be done?

7. References
   a. 15 journals – google scholar (not more than 5 years)

Turnitin score must be under 20% plagiarism

Assignment 1

Law enforcement agencies in Malaysia are constantly faced with a variety of challenges that make their jobs difficult and demanding. These challenges range from limited resources to cultural biases and changing laws, which make it difficult to carry out their duties efficiently.

In view of the above, critically analyze and discuss the Technology, Process and Human challenges persists in your current workplace setting and how you are going to overcome the problem exists.
