This is a group project, and each group is required to evaluate the risks and hazards at a chosen industry incorporating the health, safety, and environmental aspects. In the report, you are to demonstrate on how these aspects are managed properly and to include the following in the report.

• Description of the industry or workplace.
• Evaluation on the possible hazards and risks covering factors such as human errors, the materials and equipment used, nature of the tasks and etc; including a description of methods used to identify the hazards.
• Use the outcomes from section (ii) to recommend the hazard control that eliminates or minimizes the possibilities of hazards occurrence, and to ensure the health, safety and environmental aspects at the workplace is managed well.
• Relate/justify the recommendations with the relevant safety regulations/guidelines.
