You have been offered a job as a tax consultant in a big four accounting firm. The firm has high value clients including individuals and companies who hire the services of your firm for tax purposes. Your managing partner has asked you to prepare an individual report which covers the following tasks using the latest tax legislations, public rulings, or guidelines.

Sales and service tax (SST) was reintroduced on 1 September 2018 to replace goods and services tax (GST) which lasted 3 years 5 months. Until today Malaysian government still maintain SST as it serves as part of the income for Malaysian government.
