Creativity and innovation are vital elements for all levels of businesses in order for them to grow and expand. It is also essential for the survival and for building a competitive advantage.
Based on the statements, complete the following tasks:

ii) Introduce the entrepreneur, his/her company and the products sold.
iii) From your readings, how does this entrepreneur views creativity and innovation? Discuss.
iv) Discuss on the entrepreneur’s successful venture(s) that have leveraged creativity and innovation in the company.
v) Discuss on the key factors that have contributed to fostering a culture of creativity and innovation in the company.
