ROLE
You are working as a Quality Consultant in an organization of your choice*. (consult your teacher if you are not sure). You have been asked to submit a report to your senior management, to address various issues in the implementation of a new strategic quality change. This change is supposed to create a HIGH IMPACT on the organization’s business performances.
*Choose a company in the manufacturing (Automobile, Computer, Retail) (cannot choose Toyota) nor Service industry. (hotel, event, travel agent)
TASK
Your client has asked you to prepare a report relating to the following issues:
1. Understand the role of operations management in an organization

GRADING CRITERIA
- The assignment should have a cover page that includes the assignment title, assignment number, course title, module title, Lecturer/ tutor name and student’s name. Attach all the pages of assignment brief/cover sheet with your report and leave them blank except your signature, for official use.

- This is an individual assignment.

- A fully typed up professionally presented report document of 2,500 words. Use 12 point Arial or Times New Roman script.
- Your assignment should be word-processed. Charts, tables, graphs are not included in the word count.

- Include a Minimum of 6 references not Later than 2018
- Exhibits are outside this limit.
NOTES TO STUDENTS FOR SUMMISSION
