A strong online presence is crucial for attracting talent. Companies now use their websites, LinkedIn profiles, Glassdoor reviews, and other digital platforms to communicate their Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
Question: Select two competing companies in the same industry. Conduct a comparative analysis of their digital employer branding.
a) Analyze their corporate career pages, official LinkedIn company pages, and content shared by employees.
b) Evaluate how each company communicates its culture, values, benefits, and career growth opportunities. Which company presents a more compelling and authentic digital employer brand, and why?
c) The presentation should include screenshots as evidence, a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for each company’s approach, and a final verdict supported by your findings.
d) The analysis should be based on principles of effective business communication.
e) Your write-up should be 5 pages excluding references. [50 marks]
