Adopting AI in Human Resource Management
(https://content.dataiku.com/ai-inhr)
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in human resources is already widespread and for good reason. Hiring directly impacts business goals, and using AI to forward those goals is an obvious win. Harness the power of artificial intelligence to automate everyday repetitive HR operations with the highest accuracy and speed and amplify the efficiency of your HR team.
In Deloitte’s 2018 Global Human Capital Survey, based on more than 10,000
corporate leaders around the world, 71 percent of respondents said they believed AI was an important trend that will impact their organization, but only 31 percent believe they are ready to address it.
Meanwhile, employees deliver a decidedly mixed judgment on the ability of their HR departments to modernize. Forty-two percent of those surveyed in a study by IBM and Harris Insights said they did not believe their organization’s HR leaders could execute AI-enabled strategies.
This MBA project paper focuses on AI-driven employee engagement insights about employee sentiments and productivity. The components of the project paper include:
1. Identify and discuss five (5) top cases for AI in HR that are already
being implemented today (including recruiting with greater precision and less bias).
2. Analyse the challenges on the path to AI in HR for an organisation of your choice..
3. Discuss issues on the failures of implementing AI processes in HR for
organisation selected in question 2.
4. Investigate five (5) factors in the human resource management process that may affect the performance of the organization selected in question 2 while implementing the AI process. Provide sufficient literature review to support the factors.
5. Provide recommendations for the AI-driven strategic human resource management process for company selected in question 2.
