You are working as a Human Resources Manager in a medium-sized company. The company recently surveyed employees to assess their job satisfaction. The survey included questions about pay, promotion & benefits, and work nature. Figure 1 shows conceptual framework factors that significantly impact job satisfaction. As the Human Resources Manager, you are tasked to do survey data to improve job satisfaction in your organization. However, to make sure the survey questions are reliable and consistent, you are required to test the reliability of each question in the survey.
Calculate the reliability test (Cronbach Alpha) & Validity using the SPSS software. The calculated data needed to be attached as evidence.
