PURPOSE:
The objective of Part 1 is to enable learners to communicate effectively with peer groups on the OSH legislation values for the organization.
REQUIREMENT:
The amended OSHA Sec 26a. (1) has included “Rights of employees”to remove himself from the danger or the work if the employer fails to take any action to remove the danger.
