This is an individual assignment that requires the students to do a summary writing on selected articles on health theories related to health behaviour, learning, motivation, personality, stress and detriments of health.
REQUIREMENT:
● Based on reliable data Journal articles recommended within five (5) years from internet sources (Library databases, scholarly journals, and eBooks.), published article paper (Newspaper, magazine etc.) and Ministry of health morbidity and mortality data statistic.
Students should prepare a slide presentation containing of one selected health tissues as a topic to be discussed by relate it to;
1. The theoretical basis of foundation of health and its relevance to wellbeing, health and illness.
2. The Understanding on basic concepts of human learning, personality, motivation and biological basis of behaviour as relate to health and wellbeing.
