Assignment Description:

• This assignment needs to be completed INDIVIDUALLY.

• Students are required to select an organisation of their choice (preferably one they are familiar with or can access publicly available data). Students will have to:

1. Identify a specific operational process within the organisation.

2. Analyse the current operational strategy used for the selected process.

3. Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, or overall performance of the process.

4. Provide justification for the proposed changes, supported by relevant concepts, frameworks, or data.
