• Formulate research hypotheses and research questions that will guide your
study.

• Select an appropriate research methodology (for example quantitative,
qualitative, mixed methods) based on your research objectives and
hypotheses.
• Justify your choice of methodology, explaining how it aligns with your
research problem and will allow you to address your research objectives
effectively.
5. Data Collection and Analysis
• Describe the methods you will use to collect data for your study (for example
surveys, interviews and experiments).
• Outline your data analysis plan including the techniques you will use to
analyze your data and how they will help you test your hypotheses or answer
your research questions.
