AI is transforming people management in organizations. Through data-driven insights, AI can help HR teams make more informed decisions to help with HR-related functions such as recruitment, talent identification, development programs, performance management, and retention strategies. It also increases efficiency by automating routine tasks like work scheduling and answering employee queries. However, the use of AI in people management raises ethical concerns that require organizations to balance technology with human interventions.
Investigate and analyze this issue through empirical data. Specifically, you are required to:
• Conduct an interview/conversation with one experienced HR practitioner who works with an organization in Malaysia that uses AI in people management. The chosen person (background, position, etc.) and the organization (size, type, etc.) must have enough data to answer the assignment questions.
• Write a report that addresses the following sections:
