(b) What steps should employers take to prevent workplace accidents and injuries? Choose any three (3) situations mentioned in part (a) above and explain the steps and prevention for each of the situations. (15 marks)

How often should employers conduct safety inspections at the workplace? Indicate at least
Three (3) occasions in a year and state the reasons why it is carried out. (15 marks)
