You are required to write a case study report with regards to issues pertaining to organizational development and change management in your organization (specifically the department/unit you are attached currently). You are required to interview the key personnel in the organisation of your choice. The case should include at least (but not limited to) some of the following:

• A brief profile of your unit/department/organization
• ODC issue/area (only ONE (1) major issue related to ODC)
• Diagnostic Process (diagnostic process done by the relevant parties)
• Resistance to Change (and ways the organization used to overcome it)
• OD Intervention Strategies (Apply theories/model/concepts to examine OD intervention strategies to resolve the resistance)
• Recommendations (give your recommendations to the organization – related to the context of this case study)
• Challenges and Future Direction

What is Case Study Writing:
Case study writing is about telling a story of a problem that has been fixed / in the midst of fixing it. The focus is on the evidence for the problem and the approach used to create a solution. The writing style guides readers through the problem and solution as it they were part of the project. The result is a case study that can be both educational and entertaining.
