• Two leadership instances that have transformed practice in an Early Years setting for the better have been outlined
• A minimum of three relevant artefacts for each change instance have been attached as evidence in the appendices
• Effective leadership and/or management strategies for each instance have been identified, discussed and evaluated where required
• Reflected dialogue critically examining strategies and skills with a critical friend
