Course Objectives:
The overall objective of this course is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and attitude that will enable him/her to communicate effectively in a business setting. By the end of this course, learners should be able to: Develop strategies for effective communication in an organization, Demonstrate skills in preparing and presenting skills, Demonstrate effective communication skills, Apply information technology in communication.
