Select a specific Operation for an organization (1) that you work for, or (2) that you are familiar with, or (3) that you are interested in researching.

Before deciding on the organization, review the Report Instructions and confirm that you can complete all aspects of the assignment using your intended organization before getting too far along in the research process. For the assignment, you will thoroughly study the specific Operation chosen and recommend specific actions to improve the Operations of that organization.

You are required to:

1) Prepare a Final Written Report to the CEO of the Organization, that evaluates the organization’s specific operations and present your specific recommendations for improvement, highlighting the reasons why the organization should implement your suggested changes.

2) In addition, you are also to prepare a Preliminary Presentation consisting of around 10 PowerPoint slides, to be presented orally at the end of the 12th week. This presentation should be recorded using the “Slide Recording” Function in PowerPoint and uploaded to the LMS. The presentation should include only items a) to e) of the final written report.
