Research Objective:

To examine the teachers’ perceptions of the school principal’s leadership qualities.

Research Question:

What are the teachers’ perceptions of the school principal’s leadership qualities? In your report, you need to include the following elements.

1) The profile of the key informants: Write in detail the profile of these two key informants to be written descriptively (NOT in table form).

2) Qualitative data analysis: Analyse descriptively and narratively the in-depth interviews in the qualitative method. Your analysis should use these themes: accountability, communication, decision-making, and time management. Please note that it is NOT in a dialogue/conversation form or raw data.

3) Key findings and conclusion: Elaborate on key findings and draw a conclusion
