GlobalSkills Solution is a prominent training centre located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It specialises in technical skills training courses for corporate employees or anyone who is interested. Recently, the centre has decided to redesign its Training Management System using an Object-Oriented Software Analysis and Design approach. The centre offers a variety of technical training courses in a variety of areas such as artificial intelligence, IR 4.0 technologies, project management, information security etc. Each course is made up of a set of topics. The centre has four full-time trainers and four freelance trainers. The trainers are assigned courses according to the area that they specialise in and their availability. Every year, the centre publishes and maintains a calendar of the different courses and the assigned trainers. The courses in the centre are managed by a group of course administrators. They manage the course content, assign courses to trainers, and define the course schedule.
As the system architect assigned for the above project, you are required to:
- Briefly analyse the problem statement given above and construct the Use Case diagram. Identify the actors and use cases before constructing the diagram.
- Briefly describe the activities involved carried out by the course administrator during the course management process and construct the Activity diagram. Identify all the activities before constructing the diagram.
