MPU7132 Kursus Integriti dan Antirasuah 3: Tugasan September 2026 Semester (Open University Malaysia)

In the September 2026 MPU7132 tugasan, OUM learners respond in Bahasa Melayu to the theme “Rasuah Dihina, Maruah Dibina”: three page-limited questions on dignity, economic inequality and political integrity, a 120-second anti-corruption video, a reflective piece on maruah, a zero-tolerance forum debate and two compulsory online activities.

Arahan Khusus (Specific Instructions)

• Answer in Bahasa Melayu.
• Word and page limits are given in each question.
• Submit once only, in multiple files, online, by 20 November 2026.
• The assignment accounts for 80% of the total course marks.

Tujuan (Purpose)

To assess the learner’s ability to explain how “Rasuah Dihina, Maruah Dibina” reflects Malaysia’s commitment to eradicating corruption while nurturing integrity and dignity in society. There are four tasks; answer all of them.

Tugasan 1 (50 Markah)

1. Mengapakah maruah diri menjadi kunci dalam menolak amalan rasuah? (Limited to 2 pages)
2. Apakah hubungan antara ketidaksamaan ekonomi dengan kecenderungan terhadap amalan rasuah dalam sesebuah masyarakat? (Limited to 3 pages)
3. Dalam konteks politik, bagaimanakah kita boleh mengimbangi keperluan untuk mendapatkan sokongan politik dengan mengekalkan integriti dan mengelakkan rasuah? (Limited to 3 pages)
4. Produce a 120-second short video that promotes integrity values and opposes corruption in society. The video should have an engaging, easy-to-follow storyline; effective visuals; short, impactful dialogue or narration; emphasis on the positive effects of integrity; the negative consequences of corruption for individuals and society; and a clear call to action. The video is uploaded directly as an attachment (maximum 400MB), not as a link.

Tugasan 2 (20 Markah): Penulisan Refleksi

Write a personal reflection (limited to 6 pages) answering:

1. Using your own understanding, define “maruah” in your personal and professional life.
2. What small everyday examples might be considered corruption, and how can you avoid them?
3. Why are you convinced that fighting corruption is the responsibility of every individual in society?
4. How can you make sure that the decisions you make in life stay consistent with the principles of integrity and dignity?

Tugasan 3 (10 Markah): Penyertaan Kelas Dalam Talian

Discuss in the myINSPIRE forum: is a “zero tolerance” approach to corruption realistic and effective, or does it only push corruption further underground? Submit screenshots (JPG or PNG) of your best FIVE (5) postings showing name, discussion title, day, date and time.
